FAQ

The questions that decide a first order.

Minimums, sample cost, lead times, wash and payment — answered the way we would answer them on a call. If something is missing, ask.

What is your minimum order quantity?

300 pieces per style per colour is the standard run.

For a first order we can go down to one full roll of fabric — roughly 60–70 pieces, cut through. That is the smallest quantity that still makes sense on a cutting table: you buy the roll, and every piece that can be cut from it is yours.

How much does a sample cost?

RMB 900 for a top and RMB 700 for a trouser, wash included.

If the first order for that style reaches 200 pieces, the sample fee is credited back on the invoice.

How long does a sample take?

5–10 days for a simple style, washing included.

Embroidery, prints and special finishes add about a week, so count on 15 days for those.

How long is bulk production?

45 days or more after sample approval, depending on wash complexity and fabric availability.

We confirm the exact date when the order is placed — we would rather give you a date we can hold than one that sounds good.

Can you develop the wash, or do I have to specify it?

We develop it with you. Send a photo of the wash you want, or a garment you like, and we match it on your fabric and send you the result to approve before bulk.

Hand spray, distressing, patchwork and pleating all run through our long-term wash partner in the same district — sampling and bulk are washed under the same roof, so what you approve is what you get.

What fabrics can you source?

We source through long-term fabric partners in the Pearl River Delta, the densest denim supply chain in China.

Tell us the hand, the weight and whether you want stretch or rigid, and we come back with options and prices for your target. If your order needs recycled or certified fibre, raise it at the brief stage so we can confirm what is actually available before you commit.

Do you hold BSCI, OEKO-TEX or GRS certificates?

Not in our own name — the certificates sit upstream, with the mills.

Tell us at the brief stage which one your compliance team needs — OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GRS or OCS — and we will confirm exactly which of our fabric partners holds it and send the mill's certificate number, so you can check it yourself before you spend anything on sampling. For orders that need inspection, we work with SGS, Intertek or BV at your option.

What are your payment terms?

30–50% deposit to start, balance before shipment.

We send the packing list and statement before the balance is due, so you know exactly what is leaving. T/T only — we do not handle L/C.

Will my design stay confidential?

Yes. Sketches, tech packs, patterns and samples you send stay inside the sampling team — they are not shown to other clients, not posted, and we do not name client brands without permission.

If you need it in writing, we sign an NDA before the first sample. Tell us at the enquiry stage and it is handled before any material is cut.

Can you copy a sample I send you?

Yes to references, no to counterfeits.

Send the garment you want to rebuild and we re-engineer the pattern, the fabric and the wash. We will not reproduce another brand's logo, labels or trademarked artwork — that is where we draw the line.

How do we start?

Send a reference sample, a sketch, or a link to what you are aiming at, together with your estimated quantity and target price.

If you do not have a tech pack yet, start from our blank denim tech pack template — nine tabs covering sketch, measurements, fabric, trims, wash, construction and packing. Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank.

You get a reply within one working day with a straight answer on feasibility, fabric options and sampling.

Can I visit the workshop?

Yes. We are in Jun'an, Shunde — Foshan, roughly 90 minutes from Guangzhou Baiyun airport.

Give us a week's notice and we will arrange the sampling room and a wash visit in the same day.

Still unsure whether your order fits? Tell us the quantity, the style and your target price — you will get an honest yes or no.
